Agree the project
Provide the scope and file estimates. Confirm the fixed price, sign the agreement and pay before work starts.
Share your evidence
Supply authorised project files. We organise the sources and identify gaps.
Resolve and review
Resolve missing or conflicting mandatory evidence. We check the assembled pack against the sources.
Approve release
Final delivery requires payment, acceptance of every mandatory item and explicit release approval.

Package eligibility depends on page, subcontractor and system counts. All limits in a package apply.

Complex
From £995
For scopes above any Professional limit.
Add £175 per additional 500 pages or part thereof above 500, and £150 per additional 10 subcontractors or part thereof above 10.
Optional additions: Regulation 38 information collation £250; priority handling £150, subject to capacity. Collation does not certify fire safety or replace missing evidence.
Delivery target: five business days after cleared payment and receipt of the complete source set, subject to the agreed scope. Missing or contradictory mandatory evidence must be resolved before final release.
We are currently not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Your project-specific proposal confirms the total fee, scope and delivery terms.

Prepare your source folder first: place the project PDFs in one Google Drive folder, share it with hassan@propertypacklondon.co.uk as a viewer, then paste the folder link into the Source Folder URL field.

Clear responsibility
We organise and present client-supplied information. We do not certify installations, create missing statutory evidence or replace designers, contractors, specialists or statutory dutyholders. Unresolved mandatory evidence prevents a final release; a review pack is not a completion certificate.
